His name is great, and he loves it, [Jaime says, as if affronted, but BB hasn't quite caught onto the fact that BB is his name now. The people they ~~stole~~ liberated him from probably called him something else, and he doesn't seem like the brightest dog in the world.

Much like his owners.

Jaime flops on the ground across from Wally, mostly because he's too lazy to keep on standing to watch BB ingratiate himself to Wally.]

It was probably really stupid of us to take him home.

I know so much, dude. Like- you have to love them and feed them and let Wally hang out with them as often as possible. That last one is especially important. [he doesn't know fucking jack shit]

Yeah, I think I might know more about dogs than you at this rate. You'll hafta bug Ted about hanging out with him. But, y'know. Be nice.

[Don't get on Ted's case again, Wally!! You'll make things real awkward!!!]

I've done some empirical testing with him. So far, I've discovered that he likes literally everything better than his actual dog food.

Unless the results are documented, you can't submit them for actual board evalu- ow ow, you've got some jaw strength you little punk! [Wally doesn't seem too put out but he does worm his hand out of the puppy's mouth and hold it up away. Puppy wants it back. Bring back that chew toy.] What's he peed on so far?

[Jaime watches as BB spiritedly jumps up and down, trying to get at Wally's hand. They're clearly playing a game of keepaway, and it's time for puppy to have it back, thank you very much.]

...then again, he might steal him afterwards.

Will would absolutely steal your dog, except he loves you so he might not. He would think about it. He'd probably take steps to do it if he thought he could get away with it without hurting your feelings. [Wally lets the puppy chew on his sleeve instead since it's a piece of shit t-shirt anyway.]

Bet you he'd figure out a way to take him for his own good.

[But aside from enjoying BB, he thinks that the company will be good for Ted too. Being in that empty apartment with Booster's hideous bedroom haunting him isn't a good thing.]

I'd better not even show BB to him until he loves me most. Right now, he just, uh, loves everyone. Not a great guard dog.
